I'm at 2 full weeks with my broken leg and I'm getting bored. I do think I might be able to manage a bit of machine sewing. Problem is my sewing room is in the basement. Lots of stairs, so I think I'm going to have someone move the my sewing machine up here on the main floor for me. Until then I can sit and read my new book and plan!

Isn't it frustrating to be so reliant on other people to do things for you? I'm sure that Christopher got quite fed up with me apologising all the time. Your book looks fun, lots of things to play with, nothing too serious hopefully.

For years my sewing space was the dining room table! I saw that row by row on so many blogs for free and was quite surprised that it also became a book. The quilt is adorable and I'm looking forward to seeing your fabric selections and progress. Happy Healing! Is Mollie helping??
