Have you ever wished for time to just sit and do nothing. Well don't bother because doing nothing is no fun at all. Because I need to be laying down with my leg raised,  I'm even finding hand sewing a challenge. I'll have to experiment and find some way though. Here's one little thing I managed to make just in the nick of time before Christmas (pre broken leg). A stocking for the baby. I love this barnyard Christmas fabric.  Poor Molly is confused about all this laying around. Today is our first day alone with everyone back to school or work. She's been staring at me all day ready for her walk, bringing me toys to play fetch with.

Adorable stocking. Abby wouldn't understand either. She is a girl of routine and when it's time for her walk, food, treats, play...she will let you know!

Cute stocking. Sorry about your leg and having to be down. I agree it is no fun. Hope your leg heals quickly and you can sew again soon.

I don't know what it is about winter, but you're the third blogger I've come across who had accidents this winter and got hurt. I sure hope that heals very quickly. That's such a cute stocking. I hope you can find more things to do on a chair.

Take care Lynne and keep resting that leg!

Keep your chin up! The time will pass very quickly as it gets towards the end. Then there's the boring physic to put up with, but at least you'll be up and about again.

Oh no! Sorry to hear about your ankle. I’ve got a wicked cold but I think I should be grateful. :-) Hope to see you around soon.
