It's here!

No I'm not talking about spring necessarily. I'm talking about pollen. Yellow dust everywhere: on my car, porch, screens, and as it is a beautiful sunny 80 degrees out today I opened all of my windows and now it's on the table, counters, floors
Even on our dog Maggie who was taking a nap outside.

Here's one thing from spring that is making me very happy right now. I hadn't shown this before, it is a wonderful little gift from Melanie www.houself-doings.blogspot.com .
So happy and springlike and the one of the few things in my house that may not be covered in pollen!

later: daughter came home and looked at the cat who was sitting on the porch and said "he's yellow"! Not the best of pictures, but you can see the yellow on the tips of his ears. Fortunately the dog is a golden retriever so she's already yellow

Heh. Not only is there pollen, but today the wind is blowing it in! Sigh. I just hate to keep the windows closed on a day like this.

What pretty spring flowers. I'm amazed though at the amount of pollen you have. Does it last for long like this? I do hope none of you suffer from hayfever, or this would be a nightmare.

Oh joy...I was out in the wind all day today and my eyes feel so dry...hate to think how much pollen landed on me! Thankful though...Spring is here! Yahoo!!

Aw the kitty pic is cute as well as the flowers. I wonder if allergies are now keeping me from getting better? I've gone sorta from one thing to the next. Sigh. Power forward.

Love your black kitty! We had one like that once. Amazing isn't it how much pollen there is in the spring. Even from the evergreens! It's been cold and dreary scince we got home from Chicago, but not as cold as it was there.
