I joined along in the bee from the 15 minute a day group www.15minutesplay.com . I love the non-bee blocks that I made for my 15 minutes a day. This is my first bee (ever) and I want to do well, but I really stressed out over this block. Then I remembered a couple of things: this is supposed to be fun and I am just using scraps. So I started slashing and this is what I've finished with. I didn't realize thought that sewing with so much freedom and creativity requires practice.
I have also joined in on Jacquie's challenge www.tallgrassprairiestudio.blogspot.com/
These are the blocks I've started for that. Each strip = 1 mile. I wish I could keep up with my sewing portion of this challenge as well as the excercise part.
This week I'll be busy quilting my scrap quilt, binding a item for someone and hopefully quilting another small quilt. So of course with all that I have also begun another new project. This is where I get in trouble!

Terrific 15 minutes play block. So fun and colorful.
Oh yes....these are soooo colorful and fun!! I.LIKE.
Your blocks look like a lot of fun, very cheerful! Don't worry, I would have been worrying too. As for adding on more projects...bring it on! I am not alone!
Great work on the block. I know what you mean about it being hard to just sew rather than plan 1st.
Lovely strip work- I hope you manage to finish all the current WIPs before being distracted with the new.
Fab block.
I think we all get into that kind of trouble. And when it comes to trouble I'll take that kind over others.
And it does look like you're having fun!

Oh Lynn it is so cute with that linen gray! Perfect. What a cute bulletin board. I love it. Thanks for letting me know. I'm a hit and miss blogger lately and I'm so glad I didn't miss it. I'm in love with it. Thanks! You're such a great quilter and inspire me so much.
