To make up for yesterday's icky post...

Today's post will be brought to you by the color yellow.

I made this little quilt to brighten up things. It was one of my first quilts.

Some new fabric I bought - I have no idea what to do with the lemon fabric - it was very on sale and I liked it.

A favorite springtime activity for me.

Flocks of finches have returned for the spring.

The bees are out too.

My favorite yellow thing!

My daughter's collection really makes me smile (and a little worried - there are more - sometimes we go overboard in my house).

What a cheerful colour yellow is - and I love your dog, he looks as if he's smiling.

A duck collection? Perhaps she should attend the University of Oregon...home of the Ducks. My daughter was a Duck.

I love the color yellow. Do you know that it is said that yellow makes people fight? I find that hard to believe - its such a cheery color. Love your pictures!

LOL At the ducks. I love the smell of lemon and think of the kitchen when I smell it as they don't grow naturally in the UK. What about something kitcheny with the fabric?

I am hand binding a yellow quilt at the mo for a friend's birthday present. She is such a happy person so the colour really suits her as well as it being her fav.
