Here's my kangaroo block from Lynette Anderson's blog. If you haven't seen it yet, check it out. She has some wonderful patterns, and is doing a Noah's Ark block of the month. She also has been treating visitors to her blog with some beautiful travel pictures.

I bought some flowers yesterday at the farmers market. It has suddenly gotten quite hot here, so I want to get these planted and watered this morning. Also take Maggie for a walk and a swim before it gets much hotter today.

It feels so good when the sun finally comes out and we can start to plant a few flowers....makes me happy to see colour in the garden. The little stitcher is adorable.

Aren't the kangaroos fun? I haven't done mine yet but will do it in the next few days.

You're quick. I have to play catch up and finish my cows first!

Oh, those impatiens are gorgeous! I love geraniums too... but don't ever end up with any for some reason. I'm thinking about starting the Lynnette Anderson Noah's Arc Stitchalong while I'm on a road trip to Philly this July!

Your kangaroos are very cute. I did the rabbit block for Easter but haven't managed the others yet.
